Balancian Life is a wellness initiative operated by Superpositivity Foundation.

We strive to provide a high-quality experience through our consultations, wellness plans, and coaching services. Please review our refund and cancellation policy carefully before making a purchase.

Consultation Appointments

Consultation appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice before the scheduled appointment time.

Requests received less than 24 hours before the appointment may not be eligible for rescheduling.

If Balancian Life needs to reschedule an appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative appointment time will be offered.

Refunds for Consultations

Once a consultation has been completed, no refund will be provided.

If a consultation has not yet taken place, refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Wellness Plans

Wellness plans are personalized services that involve planning, preparation, and professional time commitment.

Exceptional Circumstances

We understand that unforeseen situations may arise. Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at our discretion.

Processing of Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and banking institution.
